Need a new workspace?
If you’re a non-profit or social enterprise, and are looking for workspace among like-minds, we have the space for you. We are the only facility of our kind in the city: a collaborative open-plan office space for community & voluntary groups and projects. All tenancies include broadband, telephones, a reception service, and access to select meeting rooms free of charge.

Our building is a shared space in the heart of Derry / Londonderry, so all functions held here must fit with our ethos. This means we will refuse any booking advocating either a specific political view, or a specific religious belief.
For example, you could hold an elections hustings for young people, but you couldn’t hold a meeting for your political party. You could hold an inter-faith dialogue event, but you couldn’t hold a religious service.

Holywell is a home for the community and voluntary sector, and we strongly preference bookings of this nature. This may encompass social enterprise business models.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings that are of a solely for-profit nature.
